MU HELPER
El helper sirve para configurar la jugabilidad de tu personaje, es decir, cómo va a atacar, qué rango va a utilizar para dicho ataque, qué items juntar del suelo cuando mata mobs, qué bufos dar y cuando darlos, entre otras utilidades más.
Mu Helper ya es una herramienta clásica de Mu Online. Se ha implementado a partir de la Season 6 y hoy en día no hay servidor en que no se encuentre, pues hasta los nuevos servers dedicados de versiones más antiguas han hecho un esfuerzo de diseño y programación para incluirlo de todos modos aunque no haya estado ahí originalmente.
INTERFAZ DE MU HELPER
Los botones situados arriba a la izquierda son (de izquierda a derecha): información de hunting | configuración | play-pausa. Dentro de Mu Helper contaremos con 3 pestañas donde podremos configurar las diferentes funciones como explicaremos detalladamente más adelante.
Como vemos en la interfaz de la imagen, podes configurarlo para que tu personaje haga todo en automático. Eso sí, dependiendo el servidor tener activado el Helper tendrá un costo considerable de zen a tener en cuenta.
El mu helper ha facilitado mucho la vida de nuestro personaje y de nosotros mismos dentro de Mu Online. A algunos nostálgicos de lo clásico no les gusta ya que permite dejar AFK tu personaje con todo organizado convirtiendo el juego en algo más fantasma pero, hay que reconocer que también esto permite jugarlo por mucho más tiempo y la comodidad de no tener que estar pendiente a la PC todo el tiempo como en otros videojuegos de este tipo.
PRIMERA PESTAÑA DE MU HELPER
COSAS IMPORTANTES A CONFIGURAR EN TODO MU HELPER:
Si bien cada personaje tendrá slots y configuraciones diferentes (pues manejará distintos skills y bufos), estas son si o si 4 obligatorias al menos al comienzo:
1) MARCAR EL «ORIGINAL POSITION»: esto hará que tu personaje regreso al punto donde has activado el mu helper. La cuadrícula del segundero es para obligarlo a volver al spot en un determinado lapso de tiempo (siempre se mide en segundos). Si esta opción no estuviera activada, el personaje nunca regresaría y se perdería por todo el mapa buscando monstruos que matar.
2) ASIGNAR UN RANGO DE ATAQUE: dependerá del skill que estés utilizando ya que estos poseen rango diferente. Si tu skill dice «Rango 6» lo recomensable es ponerlo máximo hasta rango 6 así no se moverá tu personaje para atacar ni siquiera aunque haya bichos por fuera de ese rango. Esto varía si por ejemplo tu personaje se encuentra leveando sólo y no sufre de defensa tal vez convenga darle el máximo de rango para que se mueva y ataque a todo el spot sin esperar que se acerquen los mobs.
Al principio del game suele tildarse la opción «Use Regular Atk». Esto es para que pegue sin armas ni skill, a puro puño. Al momento ya de poder equipar algún arma con skill o un poder mismo hay que recordar quitarlo y asignarle un skill.
3) CONFIGURAR EL «AUTO POTION»: esto consiste en hacer que tu personaje se cure solo a medida que le baja la vida. Es totalmente configurable en cuánto lo quieres dejar. Se recomienda que al menos se encuentre a la mitad de las barritas, quiere decir que tu personaje esperará a tener medio frasco de su vida para tomarse una poción. Ahora a tener en cuenta el daño que le están haciendo ya que si de 1 sólo HIT le sacan más de esa cantidad es recomendable ponerlo más alto así siempre posee su vida al 100%
Esta opción por lo tanto te consumirá pociones que debes poseer en tu inventario, entendiendo entonces que a mayor esté la barrita de curación utilizará mucha más cantidad de pociones haciéndote ir a recargarlas mucho más seguido que si la tienes a la mitad o por debajo.
Cabe mencionar además que, una elfa por ejemplo, cuenta con el apartado «Healing». Esto le dará la posibilidad de curar a ella misma y toda su party desde el Mu helper y configurarlo al igual que todos sus otros bufos.
OTRAS CONFIGURACIONES DE MU HELPER
Long-Distance Counter Attack: Al marcar esta casilla el personaje contraatacara a cualquier monstruo que este atacandolo sin importar el rango que se encuentre.
Use Skills Closely: Al marcar esta casilla el personaje atacara de cerca asi este usando algun skill de alto rango.
Target Concentration: Prioriza atacar al grupo más grande de monstruos.
PASAMOS A LA PARTE DE SKILLS
4) ASIGNARLE DE QUÉ MANERA VAS A HACER DAÑO: dependiendo el personaje que estemos utilizando nos encontraremos con varios slots acá. Como vemos en la siguiente imagen (a propósito de una versión antigua), tenemos 1 ranura para seleccionar el Skill Básico que queramos usar en todo momento: «Basic Skill».
A la derecha tenemos 2 slot más (en este caso del Blade Knight por ejemplo tendremos 3 y un check de activar el «combo automático». En estos slots podremos configurar otros Skills que queramos que el personaje use en un determinado momento asignándole cantidad de segundos o cantidad de mobs en la zona o atacándome para que lance dicha habilidad.
Como vemos en la imagen de arriba, una configuración puede ser que ataque con dicho Skill sólo cuando haya más de 4 monstruos vivos. Otra puede ser que ataque solamente cuando te están atacando directamente a ti.
Estas configuraciones sirven mucho por ejemplo para cuando tenemos un personaje que determinada skill utiliza mucha AG y queremos que pegue con ese skill cuando pueda pero cuando no tenga mas AG que siga pegando con otro.

*También podemos apreciar la diferencia de interfaz del Mu Helper de un Dark Lord con la de otros personajes.
*Este por ejemplo tiene la opción de configurar el ataque de sus mascotas.
LOS BUFOS
Por último en la primer pestaña de Mu Helper también nos encontraremos con los bufos, por supuesto que por ejemplo será distinta la interfaz de una elfa ya que cuenta con muchas mas auras para su stock de skills.
La opción de «Buff Duration» será indispensable para que automáticamente otorgue dichas auras en cuanto se nos termine. Por el lado derecho tenemos el «Buff Item» que refiere a utilizar los consumibles como por ejemplo un BOL de experiencia, unas Cherrys o cualquier ítem que requiera consumirlo manualmente con click derecho y nos otorgue alguna característica extra momentánea.
LA SEGUNDA PESTAÑA DE MU HELPER
OBTAINING
Esta será la configuración para que el personaje levante las cosas del suelo sin que lo tengamos que hacer manualmente. También podremos optar por asignarle que repare nuestros ítems, mascotas y muun automáticamente.
Otro punto importante es que contamos con una ventana en la cual podremos escribir exactamente el ítem que queremos que levante: por ejemplo suele escribirse acá «Imp», «medal», «box», «Mithril», entre otros.
También al igual que en los skills, cuenta con un rango de movimiento que sirve mucho ajustarlo por ejemplo cuando estamos en mapas altos y no queremos que se muevan tanto nuestros personajes
Para agregar ítems a la pestaña de «Obtaining» hay que escribirlo tal cual. Por ejemplo en la imagen de arriba le escribo sólo «medal» en minúscula así me junta tanto las Gold medal como las Silver medal.
Un ítem fundamental en el Mu Online oficial o cualquier otro que requiera mucho zen para hacer cosas es poner «pirit of»: así te juntara todas las pociones de Caballo y Pájaro de Dark Lord que te servirán para poder venderlas en cualquier NPC y obtener grandes cantidades significativas de zen.
Para que efectivamente levante dichos ítems tendrás que tildar la casilla de «Add Extra Item».
TERCERA PESTAÑA DE MU HELPER
OTHER SETTING
En este apartado tendremos las configuraciones adicionales de Mu Helper. Las 2 básicas que pueden llegar a ser importantes o más utilizadas son:
Auto accept – Friend: al marcar esta casilla aceptaras la peticion de party de todos aquellos personajes que esten dentro de tu lista de amigos.
Auto accept – Guild Member: al marcar esta casilla aceptaras la peticion de party de todos aquellos personajes que esten dentro de tu guild.
Otro casillero que podremos llegar a encontrar dependiendo el servidor y la versión jugada es:
«Use Elite Mana Potion»: como lo indica su nombre esto hará que tu personaje use las pociones de mana de nivel elite.
